Welcome to Angle Vale Preschool

Our preschool allows children to explore, discover, collaborate and communicate in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe play is essential for children’s learning and encourage them to be active and curious learners in their world. Our program includes play-based literacy and numeracy experiences, and activities based on children’s culture, interests and needs.

What We Offer
What We offer

At Angle Vale Preschool, our *What We Offer* page is designed to give families a clear understanding of our learning programs and what to expect when joining our community. Here, you’ll find details about our session times, term contributions, and what children need to bring each day.

We also share our commitment to play-based learning and how we partner with families through open communication and involvement opportunities.

We provide information on eligibility criteria, including age requirements and early entry options for Aboriginal children, those in care, or children with additional needs. The page details how to register interest, prioritisation based on our catchment area, and the steps following an offer of placement. Additionally, it explains the term parent contribution, payment methods, and the necessity of providing immunisation records during enrolment

We look forward to getting to know you and working with your family. We hope that your family’s association with us will be happy and rewarding.

The success of this kindergarten depends on parents, staff and community all working together to provide a positive, caring, happy, secure and stimulating environment that promotes the development of each child.

We invite you to join the governing council, which meets twice a term to make sure the preschool runs smoothly. Read through what a governing council does and speak to us to register your interest.

Responsive Relationships

This section will be frequently updated with preschool information and relevant information on our play spaces/rituals.

Acknowledgement to Country

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we are on and pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and extend that respect to other Aboriginal people who are present today.
